Canadian Experience Class is one of the streams of Express entry program, it ranks candidates according to their comprehensive Ranking system (CRS) scores. Eligibility Criteria for Canadian Experience Class Program?
Applicants are eligible under the Canadian Experience Class if they:
Have gained at least 1 year full time skilled work experience within Canada in the last three years. Candidates can also also claim part time experience as long as it fulfils the requirement of working at least 1560 hours
Experience must be a legally paid job in conformity with the Canadian law
Your job duties must lie under NOC 0, A or B
Score CLB level 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs and CLB 5 for NOC B jobs on an approved English or French language test
Experience of a self-employed person as well as a full-time student in Canada does not count toward CEC work experience requirement.
